Sick! Anyone who parks their vehicle as badly as this person did, deserves to have a cat, or elephant, sleep on it.
Then they've augmented the situation with sadistic cruelty! Sick!
Nope.
The parking was a bit objectionable, yes.
But if they want to pour water on their car, from above, it's their right. The cat was fine - you saw how he ran off.
Now looking at how all of the cars there were parked, it's obvious that wasn't an apartment house in any civilised neighbourhood. Not where I would want to live. But that doesn't excuse anybody letting their cat sleep on somebody else's car.
